FILM2GO Update
We’ve recently been undergoing an upgrade to the FILM2GO service. We launched new packages, starting from BD10 per month for unlimited movies delivered to our customers doorsteps. We’ve also instituted a new customer service philosophy – any complaints are followed up or fixed within 24 hours of the first email we receive.
We have also launched this FILMBlog, looking to serve you with regular reviews, updates and news all in one place!
We hope that all these improvements to the service are just the start as we continue to move forward, and strive to learn what you, our subscribers, want in the service.
In light of that, there are many further changes to come, including a pleasant surprise in the very near future.
